7% Retirement Bonus

Should the Sponsor retire, then all the 10% bonuses that were being paid residually to that person, reduce to 7%, similiar to a pension plan.
This continues for as long as the recruits stay with EXIT and generate business.
Enhance-able.
Even in retirement the sponsor can enhance their retirement by sponsoring more agents into the company.
Flexible.
In the event the Sponsor decides to return to work, all of the bonuses will go back to an equivalent of 10% of the gross production for the recruits sponsored.
